Returns and Refunds
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our goal is to provide the best possible service, and we want you to love your SharpQuarters.com experience. We accept returns within 30 days of your order's delivery date. Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and undamaged, and must include all original packaging, sheath/box, papers, and tags.
Refund options
A) Store Credit (SharpQuarters.com) — Free return shipping
We will provide a prepaid return label and issue store credit once the item is received and inspected.
B) Refund to the original form of payment
Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee to offset processing and handling. Return shipping is also deducted from the refund. If you request a return label from us, the label cost will be deducted from your refund. Returns with damaged or missing packaging may incur additional fees.
Manufacturing defect / incorrect item
If the item has a manufacturing defect or we shipped the wrong item, we will provide a return label and refund the original shipping cost after inspection.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Please contact us before sending anything back and provide:
- Order number
- Name on the order
- Billing address
We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions (and a label if applicable).
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are responsible for return shipping. Please contact us before returning an international order.
We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your tracking information until your return has been processed.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we receive your return, we inspect it and typically process refunds within 5 business days. The total turnaround time (shipping + processing) is usually 1–2 weeks for U.S. returns and 3–8 weeks for international returns. After approval, card refunds may take 5–7 business days for your bank to post.
Store credit is issued immediately after approval.
ALTERED, USED, OR DAMAGED GOODS
Items that have been used, carried, sharpened, modified, or damaged are not eligible for return.
CONSIGNMENT ITEMS
All consignment items are final sale and are not returnable or refundable. We do our best to provide detailed photos and accurate descriptions so you can purchase with confidence.
